The repair was okay. They fixed my car back to the way it was. However about a week after they delivered it back to me, I had to go back because a part was not available. Also, there's some sort of lock in the back of my Tahoe that goes somewhere in my vehicle and I don't know where. Things around my cab were disturbed such as my camera and preset radio stations.
Friendly, professional, great selection of inventory, no pressure to purchase. They let the car do the selling and the customer do the shopping.

I purchased my 2026 2500 HD Denali cash. I was told that my trade which was a 2019 Infiniti QX 80 was not going to be sold at dealership. I was advised by salesman that the vehicle would go straight to auction and sale at 8k to break even. It was misleading, it was a lie, unethical, and left me feeling violated. Freddy was our salesperson. He did a great job explaining everything we needed to know about our new car.
Significant lack of communication. Originally, took the vehicle in for suspension noise. They diagnosed it that morning as a CV axle and was told since the part was in stock the car would be available end of day, possibly tomorrow morning at the latest. Two days later, there is still no correspondence from the service team. When I called, I was told my Buick Enclave was available, but the suspension noise was improved but still there and further diagnosis identified a bad front left strut. Don’t go to Park’s GMC for service!!! I took my truck back for transmission check from a previous service and tire rotation. At 2:00 pm on the 3rd day of the service dept having it; I still had not heard anything from the service dept. So, I called them and after a 25 minute wait on hold the phone system hung up on me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Christian in BDC was very pleasant to work with on the phone & super patient with me as I navigated through the different cars of interest. Greg went out of his way to come pick me up and get me to the dealership safely, since I did not have a ride there, and he made sure the car was detailed and waiting for me as well as making sure I had an understanding of everything on my new Encore GX. Financing was very efficient and got me in and out in a timely manner.
First new vehicle I've purchased in 3 decades. Initially apprehensive going into this adventure, I was pleasantly surprised with the new truck buying process. Pricing, the test drive, trade-in and purchase was done in a professional manner with no high pressure tactics. Dealership staff was always knowledgeable, patient, sincere and very helpful.

The worst customer service! The managers are a joke! Bought 25th Anniversary Edition Yukon Denali. The Blacked Out Parts were not on the car when purchased. Was told could keep the chrome parts and the black parts when they arrived……Dealership took chrome parts off 2 months later, refuse to return them & have yet to receive all the black parts. 8/16 bought the ford expedition from Parks Buick GMC
8/19 issues starting the car, has to take it back and the cam phasers needed to be replaced at Fairway Ford. 8/29 picked the car up with new issues- rough idle and strong vibration. The “Parks Promise” is a joke. We purchased a Yukon from them December 2023, we didn’t receive our registration until the end of March 2024. Something we were promised would only take a few weeks. During this time, my husband was issued a ticket for a “fictitious tag” because the license plate was still registered to our vehicle that we traded in. The people all suck there. Only nice person was George I believe his name was. We did end up getting a car there only because my husband really wanted it and it would had taken us 3-6 months to get one built for us anywhere else within a 100 miles radius. But of course they’re nice to you and can answer all the questions you have until the sale is secured, than anything afterwards they act like they don’t know jack crap and have the worst attitude with a simple question. I've been coming to Parks for service for my 2015 Buick Encore for a couple of years. This time, I was very unhappy with this visit. During the service to replace brakes, struts, tune-up and several other normal maintenance service, they broke my windshield, which they replaced at no charge. Then, after paying my bill of $3452.01 I drove home. David Jourden and Tim Wilson went above and beyond the call on my behalf. I came in with a broken skid plate hanging off the bottom of my 2017 Buick LaCrosse. Staff in the service area were very friendly and helpful. My Buick Encore was take back and serviced in a efficient manner. I waited in the Service waiting area, which has been redone and is very nice. I have had all my scheduled maintenance done here since purchasing my Buick. Also,other than routine maintenance, I haven't had any problems with my vehicle. That may be due to the inspections preformed during the routine service. I'm very pleased with my vehicle and the service I have received. Keep up the good work!

The Buick I purchased did not seem to have been inspected very thoroughly because there were a couple items that were bad. One item was fixed and the other which was a worn and torn seatbelt. They refused to replace the seatbelt which was inspected by one of their technicians and said was bad. The salesman did a good job and enjoyed working with him.
George Witt was above and beyond , patiently trying to teach me all the new features on my Buick! He was kind, relaxed and humble! Never made me feel dumb or silly. He listened to what I wanted and guided me so I could obtain my goals with the new car, radio, etc. He is an employee that was not pushy and made me feel like it was a pleasure to help me find the right car!

After telling the person that I was going to wait for my oil change service I arrived at my appointment time only to be told that it would be three or more hours before it would be finished. This is the second time since change of ownership of this dealer that the service department has really disappointed in their service. After dealing with this previous dealer for over thirty years with out any problems this owner has repeatedly let me down. I will start looking for other options for service.
I compared 5 dealerships when considering my purchase of the gmc canyon denali. Nina from day 1 was the most upfront and helpful sales person I dealt with. Every time I schedule a visit on line I get a call back telling me that visit cannot be honored. This has happened 4-5 times now.
Then I have to go through a service tech calling me and setting up a service call 2 weeks out from the date available on line.
This visit in question was to be a waiting visitor, I get there and was told it’s a drop off , I’m like ok I’m waiting. Luckily the service was completed in a little over an hour
