The repair was okay. They fixed my car back to the way it was. However about a week after they delivered it back to me, I had to go back because a part was not available. Also, there's some sort of lock in the back of my Tahoe that goes somewhere in my vehicle and I don't know where. Things around my cab were disturbed such as my camera and preset radio stations.

i showed interest in a particular vehicle online. I then was contacted immediately from personnel for Buick. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. As soon as i got on the lot, I was greeted by Ariel. He checked on my appointment, and brought the key for the vehicle I wanted to see. He took me on a test drive, and explained different aspects of the vehicle. I was very pleased with how the salesman and team interacted with me.
I purchased my 2026 2500 HD Denali cash. I was told that my trade which was a 2019 Infiniti QX 80 was not going to be sold at dealership. I was advised by salesman that the vehicle would go straight to auction and sale at 8k to break even. It was misleading, it was a lie, unethical, and left me feeling violated. I work with integrity and I expect the same when I’m the consumer. Parks GMC has proven to me that they do not hold integrity and honesty as a standard. Two days later I went on their website and seen they had it for sale for double the amount they gave me for it. Now it’s listed for $16,399! Hey Parks you lost a valuable customer.

Freddy was our salesperson. He did a great job explaining everything we needed to know about our new car.
Significant lack of communication. Originally, took the vehicle in for suspension noise. They diagnosed it that morning as a CV axle and was told since the part was in stock the car would be available end of day, possibly tomorrow morning at the latest. Two days later, there is still no correspondence from the service team. When I called, I was told my Buick Enclave was available, but the suspension noise was improved but still there and further diagnosis identified a bad front left strut. I turned down the repair and took the vehicle back expecting the noise to be improved, which is wasn't at all. Have called back the service team three times asking to discuss the issue and the misdiagnosis, but I have received no communication back. Pretty disappointing.

Don’t go to Park’s GMC for service!!! I took my truck back for transmission check from a previous service and tire rotation. At 2:00 pm on the 3rd day of the service dept having it; I still had not heard anything from the service dept. So, I called them and after a 25 minute wait on hold the phone system hung up on me. So , I called back and ask the receptionist to have the service dept. call me. I waited 2 hours and no response. So, I called back one more time and service advisor told the transmission checked out ok and it was ready for pick up. I told service advisor I would be there on Monday morning to pickup . I arrived at 12:00 on Monday to pickup. Took service dept 10 minutes to find paperwork on my truck for me to pickup and pay for tire rotation. They pulled truck around and give me the keys to someone else’s truck. I could have drove home with someone else’s truck and they would have never known until the owner came back for it !!! When I discovered it was the wrong truck, it took another 5 minutes to find the keys to my truck. I left the dealership and drove 1 hour home because I don’t leave in Greenville. When I got home and checked the tires the dealership had not rotated the tires which I requested when I dropped it off and paid for. Called service dept. back and they agreed that the service was not performed. I asked and received a refund. I also asked the service tech to have the service mgr to call me. “ Crickets” , for 2 more days, no phone call. I then called the service manager and where I explained the entire ordeal. Service manager basically stated he was sorry but didn’t know how the forgot to rotate the tires but didn’t seem to care about the completely poor customer service I received or had any empathy for the poor service and how they gave me some else’s truck. The Park’s Promise you have to listen too while you are on hold really means nothing that’s just a bunch of carp. I had to pay $ 1000 for a transmission flush on the previous service on a Truck I bought new from them and now only has 32,000 miles on it. I used to think it was a good dealership but not anymore. Beware!
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Christian in BDC was very pleasant to work with on the phone & super patient with me as I navigated through the different cars of interest. Greg went out of his way to come pick me up and get me to the dealership safely, since I did not have a ride there, and he made sure the car was detailed and waiting for me as well as making sure I had an understanding of everything on my new Encore GX. Financing was very efficient and got me in and out in a timely manner.
First new vehicle I've purchased in 3 decades. Initially apprehensive going into this adventure, I was pleasantly surprised with the new truck buying process. Pricing, the test drive, trade-in and purchase was done in a professional manner with no high pressure tactics. Dealership staff was always knowledgeable, patient, sincere and very helpful.

Our sales rep was Freddie Boutros and he was extremely knowledgeable and the reason we purchased from your dealership. The sales manager, Wayne was very polite, helpful and was straightforward. At no time did we feel pressured and really appreciated the process.
The worst customer service! The managers are a joke! Bought 25th Anniversary Edition Yukon Denali. The Blacked Out Parts were not on the car when purchased. Was told could keep the chrome parts and the black parts when they arrived……Dealership took chrome parts off 2 months later, refuse to return them & have yet to receive all the black parts. Joe & Jason (the managers) have yet to return calls. Had no problem returning calls when we were spending $96,000 at their dealership or when they were calling me at work, begging for a good review! Ha! The place is a joke! I’m embarrassed to be driving around in a GMC now.
I was able to get all of my services taken care of. Looking forward to having my vehicle serviced by the dealer again so that I can have the right type of work to be done.
