A Look at the Trim Lineup

The selection of trims available in the 2025 Yukon’s inventory is not only impressive but versatile, appealing to everyone from luxury seekers to adventure enthusiasts and beyond. Regardless of your lifestyle and budget, you’ll be able to find what you need to impact your drive. Let’s take a closer look at the trims you’re able to enjoy for 2025.

Denali and Denali Ultimate

Drivers who have high standards regarding their vehicles will want to pay careful attention to the Denali and Denali Ultimate models. These top-of-the-line trims showcase upscale elements to reinvent the way you take on your ride. Denali models offer luxury features, including heated and ventilated front seats, leather appointments, and stunning 24-inch wheel options available. Denali Ultimate models showcase Woodland Mahogany full-grain leather seating surfaces, 16-way power-adjustable front seats, and open-pore wood trim to make for an entrancing experience inside.

AT4 and AT4 Ultimate

The rugged and ready-for-anything AT4 offers off-road-oriented features to help you travel anywhere you please with gusto. From its beefed-up stance to its all-terrain tires, reinforced skid plate, high approach angle, and red recovery hooks, getting out in nature is as easy as can be with the AT4 leading the way. For the first time ever, it’s joined by the AT4 Ultimate, which seamlessly pairs the off-road qualities of the AT4 with opulent styling found in Denali models to make for a revitalized way to explore. With Obsidian Rush full-grain leather seating surfaces, power-adjustable heated front seats with massaging features, and more high-end styling, the AT4 Ultimate brings a luxury touch to any off-road adventure.

Elevation

Another new aspect of the Yukon you’ll notice for 2025 is that the previous entry-level models, the SLE and SLT, have been replaced by the Elevation. This trim features plenty of comfort elements inside, including heated front seats and a heated steering wheel, paired with top tech, including a 10-speaker Bose sound system, standard High Definition Surround Vision, and more innovations to enhance the journey.

Performance and Capabilities

Having choices when it comes to how you move forward is much appreciated by drivers, and the 2025 Yukon allows you to create the ride you desire with a multitude of different engines at the ready. The standard offering is a 5.3L V8, which bursts forward with 355 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque, able to tow up to 8,400 lbs and achieve an EPA-estimated 20 MPG on the highway. Choosing the 6.2L V8 creates a more dramatic ride, with 420 horses at the helm and 460 lb-ft of torque to be able to tow up to 8,200 lbs while also being able to achieve an EPA-estimated 20 MPG on the highway.

The biggest news when it comes to the Yukon’s powertrains for 2025 is that the 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel inline-six is more powerful, with 305 hp and 495 lb-ft of torque leading the charge, compared to 277 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque in previous models. This engine is able to tow up to 8,100 lbs, making it easy to take on a trailer full of materials for a backyard project while also being extremely efficient, with last year’s models able to get an EPA-estimated 27 MPG on the highway. The 2025 Yukon performs well, no matter what condition it’s under, whether the road is uneven during a construction project on your way to work or you’re venturing out into nature to explore. With available Four-Corner Air Ride Adaptive Suspension, the Yukon can lift itself to clear obstacles and lower itself at highway speeds to ensure the best performance at all times.

Cargo Convenience

The Yukon is a full-size SUV, which means that it’s not only able to accommodate up to eight, depending on the seating configuration you choose, but it’s also able to handle all of your travel belongings. Able to take on up to 122.9 cu.ft. of gear with its rear seats folded, loading up with anything is effortless in the Yukon. You’ll also get to take advantage of a power-sliding center console, which not only holds all of your necessary travel items but also slides back 10 inches, providing you with even more space to stow your things.

Tech, Safety, and Driver Assistance

You’ll find that all 2025 Yukon models are equipped with a larger 16.8 touchscreen, which includes access to all of your coveted apps and more. It’s armed with the customizable GMC Infotainment System to help you personalize your ride to suit your needs, and with Google built-in capabilities, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a Wi-Fi Hotspot, and more handy features, you’ll have access to everything you need and more as you make your way around town.

The Yukon is a family vehicle through and through, which means that it prioritizes safety, offering over 15 standard safety and driver assistance features to improve your journey. You’ll find available Super Cruise hands-free driving tech to help you maximize your ride, letting your Yukon take control of your journey so that you can enjoy the experience. You’ll also find that for the first time ever, the Yukon can be equipped with Night Vision, which uses thermal imaging to help you see more clearly at night, avoiding obstacles, large animals, and even pedestrians while you travel.

An available rear-seat media system will keep rambunctious passengers at bay—another win for parents. With 12.6-inch touchscreens presenting your little ones with their favorite shows and movies and Super Cruise taking over the tedious tasks of steering, braking, and maneuvering through traffic, you’ll be able to enjoy your ride like never before in the 2025 GMC Yukon. Plus, with enhanced parking assistance, collision alerts, adaptive cruise control, and more helpful tech at your fingertips, you’ll be able to take on any situation with certainty when you trust your travels to the do-anything Yukon.
